Opt-out

• 5-6 digit
• By default AWS assigns a shared code
• Dedicated code
  • Assigned exlusively to sender
  • Supports higher throughput
• Recipient may reply to the message (e.g. opt-out)

Sender Id

• 11 alphanumeric character
  • e.g. brand name
• Only certain countries supported
  • e.g. US is not
